Task ideas for the idle developers:

VideoThumbnail package to create Thumbnail images from video files using mplayer, ffmpeg or the php ffmpeg-extension. Some mplayer code can be found at http://svn.cweiske.de/ws/php/FileLister/src/FileLister/Plugin/VideoThumbnails.php?op=file
- Should also check if the image is wholly green (missing codec)
PackageTester that installs each pear package locally and runs the unit tests, generating a report about failures
- Should have a database on server where reports and diffs can be uploaded to. This should be possible through a command line script.
